St. Joris Baai is a good beginners spot. Beginner kiters must be able to walk upwind on land for individual training. It is very secluded and not too many kiters. Lot of place where to launch and land your kite (watch out for the coral stones on the beach).

Only accessible by car. From Willemstad go to Santa Rosa and from there in the direction of Santa Catharina. Turn right to Ostrich farm and ride down till the road stops, it's 500m past the Ostrich farm (great tours and tasty Ostrich steaks!) last part is dirt road. Drive to left side of the bay to launch.
