Beach rules:

General sailing rules apply. Don't come into shore too close as to aviod swimmers in the early evening. Plenty of kiteschools with lessons going on. Please give students plenty of room.

We get Storm generated swell from Typhoons in the South China Sea as well as wind generated swell. Some people complain about the chop, But with 25 knots what do you expect.
