Paracuru is one of the finest Kite beaches in Ceara, North East of Brasil.
The beach is very big, with nice white sand. There's plenty of space to launch kites at low tide. It gets narrow on high tide, but to the left and right of the restaurant you will find lots of space.
The reef low tide creates a natural sea lagoon with almost perfect flat water, it's possible to ride the lagoon and head to the reef crossing it and enjoying waves as well.
You can find restaurant, shadow parking, shower etc. all directly on the spot.

From Fortaleza airport: Taxi/Car Rental 70km northwest to Paracuru. To the kite spot follow signs Hotel Las Dunas.
From Cumbuco you can drive on the beach with a buggy or 4x4.

Beach rules:
There is a fisher's net with wooden sticks downwind. Only at high tide you can't see it, so be careful. Also before the net there are corals (not sharp) so stay away from this area at low tide.
Weather:
Sunny and warm, water 30°C and air 35°C, all year. Rainy season from February to June, but only rains shortly and then the sun is back.

Wind turns around 12pm. At 3pm could occasionally be a bit less. From July to January almost 100% wind. February to June about 65%. Mostly used sizes 9-14 sqm.
