Famara Beach is located on the north-western coast of Lanzarote, Canary Islands.
It is a 5km beach (of which the last 3kms are kitesurfing allowed area) Fully sanded beach with clear blue waters and side-on winds from the North East blowing through the Alyseus wind session which runs form March til mid November.
The spot is very uncrowded and offers lots of different conditions depending on the time of the wind session you go. Great & safe spot for beginner as well as for experienced riders looking for awsome waves to be riden. Long stretches of sand and flat water, beach breaks, warm waters, few kiters on the beach & lots of sun, makes Famara the ideal Kitesurfing spot for all levels.
