Ulcinj beach, Montenegro, is the longest sandy beach in Europe (14 km). Conditions there are delightful: safety, easy access, shallow water within 100 metres from the beach, side shore wind, safe body dragging.
Perfect spot for beginners and advanced kiters. Wind speed from 14 to 32 knots. Best time from May to October
