Probably the most popular kiteboarding beach in Cornwall, Watergate Bay is a 3 miles long sandy beach that hosts regular professional kiteboarding competitions.

Home of the Extreme Academy, this spot is also a very popular surfing beach that can pump big waves with south-westerly winds. With some windsurfing going on and a definitely bigger kiteboarding scene, the beach can get very busy during summer time.
