Extreme Control is happy to have had another successful season in Tulum!
We would like to thank everyone for allowing us to have such a great year and to invite past clients back to join us for our new kiteboarding adventures.  We would like to take this opportunity to share with all of you the happenings of this year and tell you about all of our fun and exciting future project! 
So, the end of summer has come and it is that time of year again when the winds head to other places and so do we…….this year Brazil again!!  Yes, after the awesome 2008 season at El Paraiso, Extreme Control has now expanded and will be following the wind to the northern coast of Brazil.  Here the wind blows daily 20-25+ knots of wind and at some places along the coast it blows even a bit harder.  This coastline is a dream for experienced  riders as well as a perfect place to learn as the wind is always there for you to practice.
Extreme Control will be offering downwind trips of a lifetime.  Experienced kiters will find themselves in kiter’s heaven traveling downwind with all the logistics taken care of so the only priority is catching big air and big waves.  Imagine waking up, grabbing breakfast and everyday kiting in the ultimate conditions, such as flat water lagoons and an ocean filled with waves and plenty of wind.

8 Nights Cumbuco.

Cumbuco is the most famous of kite villages in northeast Brazil – and for good reason!  People from all over the world come here for the wind, weather, comaraderie and fantastic selection of beachfront hotels and pousadas.  Cumbuco is the perfect “base”, and starting point, for any kitesurfing holiday in Ceara- it’s a great place to ride and from here, day trips to Cauipe lagoon, Pecem, Taiba and Paracuru are all possible!

Duro Beach enjoys a beachfront location just on the edge of town, so a quick walk gets you just about anywhere!  All rooms have a beach view and are next to the pool and lawn, perfect for apre-kite rinsing and relaxing! Ah, beautiful Prea and Jericoacoara! Stunning scenery, such that you may never have seen before!  The sea, the seemingly endless dunes and the flat water lagoons make this an incredible destination for kiters and non-kiters, alike!  The wind can get very strong in the middle of the season, so come prepared!  Open water riding with fantastic downwinders  are all possible, as well as day trips through mind-blowing terrain!

Rancho do Peixe – a beautiful property offering guests beach bungalows, with views to the sea, and palm bungalows, set amidst the beautiful “coqueiros”.  The Rancho do Peixe is expansive, and has a large swimming pool, bar, restaurant, lounge, kite school and beachfront grille. Wireless internet access is available, as well.
