Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, or Belize in late March

Where is the best intermediate spot with 20+ knots, nice sand and nice hotel for night?

and having a look at the Spotfinder, good places in late March in Belize are Caye Caulker and Placencia. Have a look here).
In Mexico some good choices are Playa Paraiso and La Zebra (Tulum) and Coco beach (Cancun). Look here. All spots are suited for riders of all levels.
